He wrote out a check for $10 million, and kept it in his wallet, looking at it regularly and with passion and faith, even when things got tough. As he told Oprah during an interview on the Oprah Winfrey show in February, 1997, he eventually ended up manifesting precisely what he sought: Seven years later from the date he wrote that check, he received a $10,000,000 payment for his role in "Dumb and Dumber".
