'American Outlaws' is your typical western about a bunch of normal dudes who have to rise up against the evil railroad baron to take back their land and their freedom. Western movies can sink or swim based on the charisma of the actors since at the end of the day, most of them are just this exact plot. Western movies were some of the first movies to be made, so needless to say, there's a lot of them. I'd say Colin Farrell adds enough heat to elevate this. Of course the critics did not agree.
