11. Michael Oliver - Mother Ruined His Career

Born Michael Ponce Oliverius, this once promising former child actor was known by his stage name, Michael Oliver. After appearing in the movie, Problem Child, and its sequel, Problem Child 2 as the character Junior Healy, things were looking good for Oliver's potential future acting career. Unfortunately for this budding star, his mother ruined his chances in Hollywood.

On the day before filming began for Problem Child 2, Oliver's manager mom demanded that Universal Studios pay $500,000 instead of the $80,000 specified in his contract. After filming, Universal sued for extortion and the legal battle ruined Oliver's acting career. Prior to the legal battle, Oliver had been nominated for two Young Artist Awards - one for Problem Child 2, and the other for his role in television series, Drexell's Class. Activated charcoal is said to boost ones energy as a result of decreasing toxins in the body. However, no evidence proves that detoxifying can lead to increased energy. Also, while it can help cure a hangover, it doesnt necessarily remove alcohol from your blood. It is also said to aid in debloating your stomach because it cleanses your colon but again, this all anecdotal and isnt supported by scientific evidence as of yet. All we can say for sure is that it is a proven detoxifier.
