This 1989 classic is about as girly as it gets. Steel Magnolias has a kickass cast full of some of the best ladies in Hollywood. Watch it and you'll be treated to performances by Sally Field, Dolly Parton, Shirley MacLaine, Daryl Hannah, Julia Roberts, and a bunch of other famous faces. If these women don't convince you it's worth a viewing, we don't know what will!

The film focuses on a group of women from a small Southern community who have to deal with the death of a friend together. The movie's title implies that the women in the story can be as delicate as flowers, yet as strong as steel. Julia Roberts was nominated for an Academy Award and Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress, and she ended up winning the Golden Globe.

Activated charcoal is said to boost ones energy as a result of decreasing toxins in the body. However, no evidence proves that detoxifying can lead to increased energy. Also, while it can help cure a hangover, it doesnt necessarily remove alcohol from your blood. It is also said to aid in debloating your stomach because it cleanses your colon but again, this all anecdotal and isnt supported by scientific evidence as of yet. All we can say for sure is that it is a proven detoxifier.
