Hell, I keep spending money on Star Wars stuff. Whether it's new stuff or old stuff, I buy it. It's becoming a real problem. I don't even have anywhere to display all the stuff I have. All the while I just keep making George Lucas richer and richer. You're welcome, George. I expect a Christmas card this year.
At the time, I don't know if George knew Star Wars would be as big as it is now. I think he always believed in it, but when you believe in something you don't necessarily see that thing still being culturally relevant over half a century later.
