He unloads a gun, and the bullets fall out of it, scattering all over his desk. Mere second later, they're neatly lined up next to each other in front of his pen. It seems unlikely that a man would simultaneously have such a fixation on keeping his desk so clean, and yet not notice that someone was spending years digging a tunnel out of their prison cell, so we're saying it's a blooper.
